  I have never been more disgusted by a hotel in my life. I paid an outrageous $277 for two nights at Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites, and the moment I walked in, I was horrified. The floor was never cleaned—sticky, filthy, and covered in dirt. The bed was even worse, with visible stains and dirt all over. This place is a disgrace, and I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor—avoid this hotel at all costs.

  The hotel has very friendly front desk staff Kyla at night n Matt n the morning.Diane the lady who manages the dinning/breakfast area is very accommodating and nice she goes out of her way daily to make sure you have what you need and want. Dinning area is always clean and everything fresh and stocked well....Overall I enjoy my stays at the Best Western Flint.

  Tina at the front desk was absolutely awful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had a softball team of 11 year olds and apparently were disruptive and to loud at 6pm on a Saturday night. Rooms were disgusting with bugs, dirty socks under the bed, tub that wouldn’t drain, stained curtains. I would absolutely not stay here ever again! Tina should be FIRED and never work in customer service again.

  The hotel is very dirty. There was trash around the entire exterior of the hotel. Bags of trash piled up not even in the dumpster area. The rooms were dirty with stains on curtains beds and showers. The pool was dirty with hair and bugs. The water was cloudy and dirty. The hot tub was kuke warm. Tje front desk receptionist was very unkind and threatened our kids and she told them they had to stay in their rooms. Horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!

  We stayed here during our daughter’s softball tournament and were extremely disappointed in how our group was handled. From the moment we checked in, we felt unwelcome. The tone and approach from the front desk made it clear our group was seen as a problem rather than guests. The team gathered for a pizza dinner in a conference room specifically to be respectful of other guests and limit noise in common areas. Despite that effort, staff informed us that complaints had been received, authorities were called, and we were told to end our stay mid-tournament. There was no meaningful attempt to work through the situation before escalating it. For a hotel that hosts families and traveling teams, the response felt disproportionate and poorly managed. Tournament weekends are about young athletes building memories. Having that disrupted the way it was left a lasting impression, and not a positive one. Based on this experience, we would urge anyone to reconsider staying here.
