  Very disappointed. I stayed last night 12/28/2025 Was told After paying that the pool was closed. Which was our whole reason for reserving the room.Still had access to hot tub and sauna but there was what looked like poop all over the floor and a lounge chair. Then poop in the toilet to top of the toilet to the point it wouldn't even flush😳. The guy at the front desk had a weird attitude and gave very bad vibes. I will not be suggesting this place or ever staying there ever again. Ive spent over 10,000 over the years at this hotel starting back when it was American Inn but its really went down hill big huge thumbs down..

  Kayla provided wonderful customer service . She went well beyond to help us. She is really polite and a hard worker . The rooms were clean and comfortable . The pool was closed when we 1st arrived but later opened . It has a hot tub and sauna . The. Breakfast was really nice . The had waffles with a selection of toppings . There were bagels , muffins , cereals , eggs and sausage . The location is right off the highway and restaurants are close . It was a great stay

  I will never go back to this hotel ever again this was the worst experience ever I cannot believe I went through so much just to stay one night. first of all let me start off by saying I had a early check in but came later I had no coffee pot in my room I had no trash bag liners no liners for my ice bucket I had no phone cord to the phone I had to clean up the room because it was extremely dirty and I had only one bath towel for hand towels and no washcloth. I went downstairs numerous times to get all those things I felt as if I worked there. The young lady stated that they had no more coffee pots because the rooms were booked up I said but I had an early check in so if anything you should have made sure that my room had a coffee pot had to go downstairs and get my coffee all night I had to go get my towels cuz I didn't have any I had to go get the liners for the ice bucket and for the trash it was just the worst night of stay ever I felt as if I was in a motel not a hotel. I did call to speak to someone but they said they will have to get back with me within 2 to 5 days which I also think is ridiculous here I am a customer that's unsatisfied with her stay and at the end of the day I'm still on hold no one wants to accommodate you the only positive part of my stay was the host at the front desk I want to say her name was Lisa or Linda either way she was the only positive part of my stay she actually need a raise if you ask me. She just kept apologizing she did ask them why my room wasn't clean and she also asked them why I didn't have a coffee pot but the young lady said that they didn't have anymore that's part of my amenities and I didn't even have it I knew numerous of people that I was there with cuz I was there with a group that did not drink coffee and they all had coffee pots and they check in was later than mine I was so not happy with my stay I will not be back again.
