- NWN WApr 19, 20265.0I hosted an event at this location and Amanda assisted me from beginning to end. Her customer service was top tier. She went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly for my team and I. She was very professional and even came in on her off day, which was the day of my event to make sure things were in place. The hotel was clean and I would recommend this location.

This is not your hot chocolate, this is provided from the hotel, not you for the guest and your job to make sure there is enough for everyone. learn the basics of hospitality. this is IHG !

He was trailing her as if she wanted to steal a meal from the modest breafast buffet. GM Sara was working front desk at checkout. She was condescending, over-talking guests, passive aggressive, disrespectful and unprofessional. I had 3 rooms booked for 3/13-14 because of power outage in our area. We checked in late and for 1 of the rooms we needed late check out for elderly family remember. Sara responded as if we had requested something personal from her. A simple no would have been sufficient. The rooms were clean, basic yet comfortable. GM Sara and dining room guy turned a descent stay into bad experience.
