  The hotel looks modern in the lobby but rooms are outdated and linens are poorly washed.

  They have ant infestation going on had to be moved to different room. Staff was very friendly and showers 🚿 was nice. Just make sure your room not one of those with ants everywhere.

  This visit was truly disappointing. This has typically been our go-to hotel when we’re in town because it’s always clean, has a great atmosphere, and breakfast is usually a highlight. Unfortunately, this stay was nothing like our past experiences. The first room we were given looked like the door had been tampered with, almost as if someone had tried to force it open. The walls had multiple patched holes, which gave it a poorly maintained feel. After requesting a room change, the second room wasn’t much better. The mattress pad on the bed had visible old blood stains, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious cleanliness concerns. Breakfast was also a letdown. The selection was very limited, and staff kept mentioning they were “waiting on a truck,” so many of the usual options weren’t available. On top of that, the noise level was much worse than we’ve ever experienced here. Kids were running through the hallways, and the room above us was noisy well past 1:00 AM, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, this was not the quality or experience we’ve come to expect from this hotel. Something has clearly changed, and unfortunately, we’ve decided this will be our last stay here.

  This place is very dirty, some of ou guys had to change rooms as a result, those rooms were nasty as well. Gross Standing water in the fridge, mold in the coffee machines, the wind actually blows in around the a/c units. Not in an "oh there's a little draft here" way either, more like a "someone cut a rectangle and dropped the unit in there with no weatherstripping so the wind just blows directly into the building" kind of way. Don't know if they know or not, it was 19 degrees last night, it's 25 now. Bad for the guests, bad for your heating bills. The carpet in one room specifically btw Is just strangely damp for no reason. All in all, I'd say no to this one again.
