Excellent property for location, price and quality of lodging. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and dozens of Holiday inn/IHG properties. This is a very well-managed, well run property. I've learned from experience it starts with the GM of the property. Sara does a great job establishing a guest-focused culture with the employees. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. Beds are comfortable, all the lights work and the HVAC operates properly! Even the fitness center is maintained well! The location is near lots of places to eat, shop or do business. Finally (and very important to me) you feel safe in this hotel. Not just because it's in a good area. The staff and appearance of the property make you feel that way.

(Editted) Was here for a wedding, we are six adults. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and everything seemed fine thus far until a staff member (I’m assuming she’s the manager because of how the other staff reacted) angrily snapped at my socially anxious mother. My mother had seen gift bags with our names on it from the bride and groom. I understand customer service work sucks and people have wild behavior but lashing out is never ok. I’ve worked in customer service, maybe I don’t know holiday inn’s pay or incentive structure but I’m assuming it’s in the staff’s best interest to treat customers with respect, you don’t have to be kind but it’s unacceptable to lash out.
Housekeeping and the night staff were absolutely lovely so it was really just that one woman trying to ruin it for everyone else on her team.
Please take time off if you’re burnt out 😆🤷♀️
Also our shower door wouldn’t stay closed so taking showers was difficult (room 603)

Better off going to the courtyard Marriott across the parking lot. No late check out and the staff isn't very friendly. I've had a better experience at a motel 6.

Okay stay, but as other reviews say just be warned no free breakfast and the “heat” blows cold air!! I had it set to 70 but because of the cold weather + fan it couldn’t get above 59 until I turned it completely off. Everything is clean and looks very pretty though!

Look at the pictures a horrible EXPERIENCE !!! SARAH IS THE WORSE GM IN THE HISTORY OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHE THOUGHT THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE AND OPENLY LIED AND SAID VOMIT UP AND DOWN THE HALL WAY WAS CLEANED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I HAVE TIME STAMPED EVIDENCE. TO SHOW THIS WAS LEFT UNATTENDED ALL NIGHT AND UNTIL I CHECKED OUT AFTER BEGGING TO GET OUT OF MY ROOM SAFELY DURING A PANDEMIC OF VIRUSES.
Author Edit... I was not offered compensation I was offered a free night at the hotel. You hung up in my face said you cleaned it up and it wasnt left over night. Please explain the time stamped photos....
