- PTpro testDec 18, 20251.0Disrespectful and dishonest. I paid a security deposit, but they want a deposit every day for every booking. If you book for one day and don't leave your room, and you want to extend it for the next day, they still want to pay a deposit. I know the deposit is only paid once. I've traveled to 17 countries across two continents, and this is the first time I've heard this nonsense. The deposit is for insurance, not taxes. Why do they want $50 every day? After telling them I already had $50, they canceled our booking, and Booking.com hasn't responded yet. I want my booking and security deposit refunded. I hope the management will hold those responsible for my friend's expulsion accountable and report this humiliating and disappointing situation to the police

I travel a lot with my dog Coco and I have come to accept that hotel rooms that are pet-friendly would have a distinct lingering albeit faint smell of pets (which I don’t mind) but this room doesn’t have it at all! Also, Miss Jamie from reception is extremely nice and accommodating. Great hotel in Detroit if you’re passing by! 😊
