  We got a room with a pull out and there were no sheets and blanket or pill in the room for this bed. And when we asked for them they said they didnt have them. We did finally get sheets and a blanket but was told there were no pillows. Rooms were clean, the free breakfast was very sad.

  Do not stay at this location. Rooms are beyond dirty. Where do I begin? I booked for 1/30-02/1. Only stayed one night due to being kicked out for asking for clean sheets. The first night I stayed I shouldn’t have because the bathroom was atrocious. Pubic hairs all on the bathroom floor as and shower. Instead of getting upset I requested to have the bath room cleaned in the morning. Fast forward to morning I called front desk to follow up with the request. I was informed that I would have to leave the room in order for the bathroom to be cleaned because of company’s policy. The person last night should have told me. I did not want to get dress and find something to do just for them to clean the bathroom, as it should have been done prior to my stay. Front desk instead swapped rooms, brought me my key and had me go to the room next door. Ok fine, not really but whatever. When she brought the key up she decided to take a deep breath in as if she smelled something.. convenient right? I welcomed her to come in because of her insinuating sniff. I don’t smoke!!!! Anyway back to how I got kicked out. So like I usually do and have done I asked for a clean set of sheets because I don’t know if they have been changed. Boy was that an issue, the general manager comes and knock on the door with another man ( btw the Gm looks like he had been drinking or drunk) to ask me what’s the issue and I told him again I would like clean sheets. Normal request right? So he then decides to tell me to leave and that the police are coming lol. For asking for clean sheets… I’m still at a disbelief because the whole reason I’m in another room to begin with is from the lack of cleanliness and sanitation of the last room. Such an inconvenience and waste of time. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Then he decides to tell me the police are on their way I can’t come back lol like I really care about the police because I’m already leaving and not planning on paying to stay in a dirty room again. I know I better only be charged for the night I stayed. But if you want to sleep in a dirty room, on dirty sheets, be inconvenienced, and then kicked out for asking for clean sheets lol definitely choose this place here. I’m sure the GM would love to take your money.

  The night shift people was very rude on the phone honestly they need to change there night crew immediately she couldn’t even talk on the phone normally…Unfortunately my flight got delayed until tomorrow this wasn’t my fault at all and I understand the policy 100% but it’s how u talk to people on the phone I will be calling into a manger in the morning and reporting this problem major red flag not good customer service at all.

  Recent visit to the US was quite worth it … when we booked this place for our 4 night stay. Rooms - clean. Staff - very courteous. All small requests were attended to without any hesitation/ questions. Breakfast warm and wonderful. Over all most budget friendly and comfortable location. Probably will be visiting next year too…

  It was a king size room and handicapped which I didn’t ask for. It was about 270$ but with a 50$ damage deposit. Room was clean. Small tv which was a little bigger but oh well it work. Bathroom was good but in the shower the kip could have been fix. We did find a few screws but the hotel said they might been fixing something.
