  This hotel is great! Shelia B is OUTSTANDING, she makes all the breakfast and lunch food! Every time I stay here she is what I look forward to! She deserves a raise

  Everything was fantastic. Hot coffee on tap, room service was prompt, my room was clean, the hot water worked fine, all my appliances worked and the wifi was fast. Never made it to breakfast but the drink machines and the coffee bar are always open. I had zero issues checking in or out. Yes, the pool is being drained and cleaned, but that has to happen sometimes with pools and I didn't come here to swim. If anything it's good to see the pool being serviced, sometimes I don't trust hotel pools. If you're planning to bring the family and the pool is a deal breaker, they were upfront about their maintenance schedule and it's supposed to be open again by March 18th or something. Otherwise, everything is great. There's tons of free parking. Cameras on every floor so you don't feel unsafe on smoke breaks or in the halls. Fire extinguishers posted visibly. Room service was trustworthy around my stuff when I left and came back. Nothing missing. This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price and the rating, and I've stayed in quite a few. Holiday inn rarely disappints but this is definetly one of the nicer ones in my opinion. Also they will give you a coffee maker if you ask but my room didn't come with one automatically. I didn't feel the need since the machines in the lounge were so new looking and easy to use. Also, side note. My room was handicapped accessible. I am not handicapped and didn't ask for this, but since I had this feature, I will add, the bathroom was quite spacious, there were bars everywhere for easy gripping, the toillete had no seat, and generally it felt like if I brought my handicapped friend they would have been alright in this room. As another reviewer posted, the light switches are still kinda high. There is a handicapp accessible panic button mounted outside the room near the door. I think my only complaint would be one of the outlets in my room didn't work, the top one above the desk, but the other ones all did.

  I was told during check in (shortly after 8 pm) that the pool was out of order. That immediately disappointed my kids. The elevator stunk on the way up to the room. The room was not the cleanest by any means. The tv also did not work. Tried to shower before bed and found out there was absolutely no hot water. The shower wall was cracked and broken. Also the drain was clogged and water would not drain from the tub. Pic posted. Needless to say we packed up and went to a different hotel around 9.30 pm. The fact we couldn’t be informed of the issues the hotel was having during the check in process is absurd.

  Staff is nice and respectful. They take care of the traveling worker. 5 statrs to the breakfast lady she does an awsome job!!! Clean establishment, quiet, nice comfortable beds.

  No clean towels in the room. Towels that were there had blood on them, and looked like someone cut themself shaving or something. Told the front desk and there was little no reaction, then proceeded to charge me for the bottled water. No effort to make it right.
