A staff member named Kimberly truly stood out—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient during check-in, making the process quick and stress-free for my family. Her customer service was exceptional and genuinely made our short stay feel special. She also recommended an excellent restaurant for my wife and me, which we absolutely loved. Every time we passed through the property, we saw her adding thoughtful decorative touches, and it really made the place feel warm and home-like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return if we’re ever back in town.

In the morning I had called to see if there was amenities I could use since I had forgotten some things, and they never brought them up. Then I also had to wait awhile to check out as no one was upfront. I won’t be back at this particular location unfortunately.
