Great hotel. Was traveling for work. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. Didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, and a few other things. Would stay here again.

Called specifically to make sure pool was heated and available before booking. Pool was 62 degrees, which was barely tolerable for the kids. Other families got out it was that cold. Curtains in room were torn and needing replacement, other rooms had new wood blinds. Tub showing age, but rest of room and public areas seemed decently upgraded.

Horrible communication between staff members along with rude customer service. Rude to guests, tilt in the bathroom was coming up. Just all around not a good experience
