  I don’t normally complain, but I feel like I have to this time. To be quick, water was not hot for the night we arrived but fine the next morning, I tried to use the phone to call the front desk to ask about water, the phone did not work. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was all empty. Thermostat on the wall did nothing had to turn heat on on the wall unit. I told the front deck he did come fill the bottles and offered to give us a new room he was very nice but the room not so much. Now it’s morning and we tried to make coffee but the filter part to the coffee maker is gone also the vending machine will not take quarters and the tile is by the front door broke hope none slips with bare feet or even socks!

  Visiting my hometown from NC. I'm a frequent visitor and they accommodate my favorite room almost always. The hotel is off a major highway and is close to restaurants and shopping but not too close which makes it peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for making me feel at home during my stay.

  A group of us stayed here recently for a school competition at MSU, we all had individual little issues but overall everyone liked the hotel fine. The beds were comfortable. I would suggest that they start a policy to not throw out items that guests leave behind for at least 24 hours. I was very disappointed to find out they had thrown out my robe. When I returned home and realized I had forgotten it I called and was told it had been thrown out. Or just make sure not to leave anything behind.

  Room was clean water was lukewarm at best. We were there 2 days and it never was hot!

  Attempted to stay there last night January 31 2026 and found bed bugs in the bed. Please beware. They said sorry, we will have the room treated. The whole hotel needs to be shut down until this can be addressed.
