  This hotel was only just tolerable. Definitely not worth the price point. Rooms are on the smaller side and pretty dated. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent here, so good luck if you have any issues. Not a fan of only having valet parking as an option because I like to be in my car and on the go immediately, instead of waiting 15-30 minutes for a valet driver to get my car and then expecting to be tipped for taking their sweet time retrieving my vehicle. The valet is also ridiculously expensive for a non-premium hotel brand, seems they’re trying to act like an Intercontinental or Kimpton when they’re so far below that level. Would not stay here again.

  Stayed here on the 17th for the night, seemed like a decent place to stay up until the big COCK ROACH appeared, ended up killing it with a shoe picked it up with some tissues and handed it in to the front desk, I was asked if I wanted to switch rooms like it was normal to find cock roaches in your room or something, but since I was checking out within the hour I declined and because I booked through a third party there was nothing he could do.. I emailed the property directly twice and yet have received a response so either its acceptable for cock roaches to be there or simply they just dont care. Either way if a guest emails you at least follow up, just shows you dont care. I will post the pictures if it allows me.

  Great location, I booked 2 of the same room type and one was bigger than the other. However, the rooms were very nice. Overnight front desk dawn was EXTREMELY rude. I left my key in my room before i had left for the evening, so I was locked out. Instead of asking are you a guest here? She very rudely states we don’t have a public bathroom & she said she would only give me a key to ONE of my rooms. Luckily I had keys to both rooms inside of the room she gave me the key to. She was just very unprofessional and did not uphold the IHG brand standard.

  I stayed here for a night to attend an event at Huntington Place, which was totally walkable. The room was outdated and overpriced. The service at the front desk was fine. The valet parking took about 20 minutes to bring back our car. The worst part was the breakfast. The male server Eric at the trolley room was totally ignorant and rude. I was sitting there for 10 minutes to get his attention. No greeting or anything, but just came and took my order. When my coffee arrived, he spilled it on my table in front of me. Then he brought a towel and asked me to lift the cup so he could wipe the table. I was shocked to hear that request. Why don't you lift the cup by yourself? But I didn't argue with him and just finished my breakfast (the breakfast potato on the side was very salty) and left. Absolutely unprofessional and a poor dining experience.

  The sheets and comforters were stained. There was a bug in the bed. The fridge barely worked and they shorted us towels. Spoke to the front desk and they switched is to s different room that was equally dirty. We were told the manager was going to call to follow up and we never received a call. The location was great because there were many things to do within walking distance. The staff at the restaurant were friendly but they were out of multiple items for drinks on the menu.
