Me and my husband checked in for a 3 day stay…We definitely will not be back again…it is my birthday weekend and I truly Wish I would have booked somewhere else! The hotel price was not cheap so I didn’t think I’d get “cheap” during my stay..We checked in, Parking is RIDICULOUS.. $45 per day for Valet was insane, the rooms were Small, TV barely worked, the bathroom sink keeps clogging, bed is extremely uncomfortable and when we ordered breakfast this morning the man Eric taking our order was so rude and not welcoming at all. Definitely don’t waste your money here. Never again.

I checked out today we stayed for a day. I tried to write a review on the website but I think since I booked through a third party website it couldn’t find my reservation. But Front Desk Bri’ana was very kind and helpful with information and our needs even gave recommendations on what to eat around the city. Very great! Will definitely return.

This is not a safe establisment. Our room was broken into (someone manipulated the key fob) some jewelry a watch and shoes were stolen while we were out celebrating new years eve. We filed a police report and they will be following up with hotel. The mananger Anthony Harvey was verry little help. He said it would take a day to go through the time stamps. Its been over 24 hours we are still waiting.

I stayed at this hotel New Year's Eve to attend the New Year's Eve gala at the Masonic Temple. During this time someone entered our room and stole our personal belongings, including a Garmin watch, Gold hoop earrings and a brand new pair of Adidas tennis shoes. The guest service manager Anthony Harvey was notified immediately. Unfortunately he did not document the incident at the time and stated he would follow up with me within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and I have not heard back from him. A police report was filed. Despite leaving a message with corporate I have not heard back from them regarding this incident. Given the lack of accountability and concern shown this experience

Jazmin & Jami at the front desk were swamped when we came in...a good sign but potentially stressful for the staff. NOPE! NO STRESS exhibited. They were both extremely courteous, kind, and exceptionally personable. I had alerted the hotel that we would be spending our anniversary there but only "had the sitter for one night..." so it was going to be a short but very sweet getaway for us. Jazmin specifically went above and beyond to create not one but two different anniversary celebrations for us. She had planned the banner, but we got here early, and being a same sex couple, getting this kind of loving treatment made our anniversary (plus sort of honeymoon/wedding celebration) even more special! I was beside myself with emotion. It was very nice to feel so appreciated and seen. They even upgraded our room to give us specific views and amenities. Just blown away by the hospitality of this place. This is my first time staying at an IHG motel, but they have made a customer for life!
