Very much enjoyed our stay for the Lions game. Thanks to a tip from our last visit we knew to enter the parking lot from a side street. Staff was great getting us into room early. Bell staff for parking fabulous. Parking a little pricey.

I caught the flu and cancelled the reservation more than 24 hrs beforehand. They refused to refund me and charged me $250 for nothing. They had the power and opportunity to do a one time waiver but decided not to. During the Christmas season at that! The hotel was fully booked that weekend, so they were not losing money. The hotel claimed it was due to the third party company but it was not. I had to cancel another hotel’s reservation that week (booked by the same third party) due to illness and it was no problem. The six day cancellation policy is the hotel’s policy. It is ridiculous to expect someone to know six days ahead of time if you are sick or have an emergency. 24 hours beforehand is plenty of time for most hotels. I travel for business every week and have not found any hotel as unreasonable as this one. They do not care about customers. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!

This has been a great trip. The staff are friendly and helpful! Kaleb with the valet was great. Prompt and friendly. He learned my routine and ensured my car was ready when I was. Justin was just as consistent and professional in the evenings. The front desk staff shared information to help me enjoy my stay during my evenings off. Tory, Kristin, Mike, Madison and more helped make my stay great. Last, but notnleast, the kitchen and restaurant staff were excellent. They were able to accommodate my food allergies and also shared info to make my stay more enjoyable. That included Shuhab, Sheena, Rayna and the chefs, Stephanie and Jermaine. This hotel stay was certainly upgraded by the attitude and service provided by the staff.
