Staff was courteous upon check in. Called down to the front desk at around 9am to ask for a late check out and a female staff member’s attitude was terrible. She indicated there would be an additional charge of $50 which was understandable, but she was very short with me and somewhat aggressive in tone when I asked. Aside from that, the day before, I called down because we couldn’t access the television in the living space of the suite. We chose to watch that particular television because we were eating and did not want to use the television in the bedroom space while eating. Someone was sent up only to find that there was no battery in the remote control. Later, we left the room to go out for the evening, came back to the room and the volume on the same television did not work, so we called down again and was told that the service member left at 10pm and there was no 24 hour service available, which limited our access to that TV after paying over $400+ for one night, and that was unacceptable in my view. No resolution was offered nor was a room change suggested. Just a simple “oh well” attitude. After this experience, I’ll have to rethink whether I’ll return.

Where to start? There is NO food within a reasonable distance from here so I was forced into eating at the onsite bar/restaurant. There is a reason no sane people eat at the hotel restaurant. They messed up a burger and fries!! (And I’m not even picky). The staff is fine but generally disinterested. The bartender/server couldn’t have been less disinterested in serving me. The rooms are adequate to nice. THERE IS NO ONSITE PARKING. I showed up at 1 am and had to drag my stuff from the parking lot up the street. Seems safe and clean though. If necessary I would stay here again but I would not choose it.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, room was cleaned well and had everything we needed for the two nights we were there. The Round Bar was understaffed, also not overly busy, but Jocelyn made it well worth going down there for a drink and appetizer. The valet was outstanding as well, Belinda Burnell was awesome and just a great people person. Made us feel very welcomed every time we came through the door. I highly recommend this experience. I had a great weekend getaway at the Doubletree.

Had a great experience with all of the employees. My main concern was garbage underneath the bed, which they probably never clean, nor even look under. There were somebody's socks under there, an empty bottle and so much dust and lint!
It's disappointing that there is no included breakfast, but what's worse is I was looking to purchase the overnight oats in their fridge area claiming "fresh" and the berries at the top had mold.
The downtown area also has plenty of homeless people lingering around, so getting dinner is an interesting experience at nearby restaurants.
Customer service is great here and rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness and food needs some updating. Thanks for the stay
