  The hotel property is the issue it’s the staff. No leadership on site, employees hang around together around the front desk like it’s social hour- zero housekeeping for my entire night stay. Asked for help with addressing my issues no one was around to make any decisions , credit I was promised turned out to be a “food credit”- the women I was addressing these concerns to wouldn’t give me her name and stopped speaking to me. I had to take a picture because she refused to talk with me. NEVER will I stay at this property again and Hilton needs to address these issues if they want this staff representing the Hilton name.

  This is my go to hotel in DTW. The front desk staff is always amazing and provides extraordinary customer service. The rooms are well suited and clean. They upgraded me to a large suite that was comparable to a condo.

  Jocelyn at the Motor City Kitchen has been excellent! She is very kind and welcoming, as well as an excellent bartender!! Would love to return just to revisit this fun environment she creates! Thank you!

  I absolutely love staying here. The staff is always responsive and cheerful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I always get. A good night sleep there.

  Staff was courteous upon check in. Called down to the front desk at around 9am to ask for a late check out and a female staff member’s attitude was terrible. She indicated there would be an additional charge of $50 which was understandable, but she was very short with me and somewhat aggressive in tone when I asked. Aside from that, the day before, I called down because we couldn’t access the television in the living space of the suite. We chose to watch that particular television because we were eating and did not want to use the television in the bedroom space while eating. Someone was sent up only to find that there was no battery in the remote control. Later, we left the room to go out for the evening, came back to the room and the volume on the same television did not work, so we called down again and was told that the service member left at 10pm and there was no 24 hour service available, which limited our access to that TV after paying over $400+ for one night, and that was unacceptable in my view. No resolution was offered nor was a room change suggested. Just a simple “oh well” attitude. After this experience, I’ll have to rethink whether I’ll return.
