    Nice place convenient to shopping and dining. Food in the hotel restaurant wasn't very good, but the banquet food was excellent! Room was adequate, although a drawer was broken, and we had to unplug the phone because the message light wouldst stop blinking.

    Très déçu du prix des petits déjeuné vu le matériel hs. Et aussi ce qui est proposé. Il faudrait revoir ceci. L accueil avec les cookies sont sympa mais il y aura des améliorations a prévoir. Par contre le seul homme de chambre d une 20 ene 30ene d annee qui ne sait pas dire bonjour quand on le croise c est un manque de respect Les autres étaient tous poli.

    The lobby is beautiful and the staff are friendly! From there on out the hotel struggles. We stay at numerous Hilton hotels throughout the year and this is the first time we skipped the breakfast due to the available options and apparent quality of food. (I attempted multiple picture but was asked not to) Rooms we adequate but dated and for two days we passed the same candy wrapper, pile of towels and food trays outside of rooms. Next time we will look for alternative accommodations.

    I check in on November 7 and my check out was on the 9th I had 2 rooms 152 & 158 upon check I ask to have my room serviced for housekeeping 158 which they told me to call in the morning ok I call at 8am they say housekeeping will be around 12pm cool housekeeper shows up around 11:45 I helped bag and took the trash I left only to come back around 4pm and see the housekeeper on sat a bag of clean towels did not change the bedding did not clean the bathroom they then tell me housekeeping was still coming but I had them change my room only to see half cleaned shower had 2 things of conditioner and a shampoo I called for shower gel never received it out of my 7 years of staying here this has to been the worst stay ever

    Avoid at all costs - they apparently have a policy to only clean every other day, unless you ask otherwise, and don’t list this anywhere on the listing or mention this at check-in. Upon returning to our room midday and finding it wasn’t cleaned we asked to have it cleaned, and they said they couldn’t guarantee it but they’d at least bring up fresh towels, which they ultimately didn’t. We called down to the swamped individual at the front desk after returning to our room later that evening, they apologized and said someone would up to give us a change of towels but no one came. After calling again 30+ minutes later and not getting anyone because management decided it would be a brilliant idea to only put one overworked employee at the front desk, we finally went down at midnight to get towels. The person working the front desk is very professional and apologetic, but otherwise am appalled by the lack of service. There is trash lining the hallways because of the lack of a proper cleaning crew. If I wanted no cleaning services I would’ve chosen an Air bnb for a fraction of the cost. Just choose somewhere else for your stay.
