- CSCarl SuktaDec 24, 20252.0This hotel used to be a good place to stay with a nice location in proximity of many restaurants and activities but has gone downhill. Last few times I have standing here have been awful. Place is dirty, they don't clean your room and if they do, they do not do a very good job. Just walking in the front lobby, behind the front desk is filthy and unorganized. Asked them to clean my room after 2 nights and nothing. Had to complain to the manager however he did give a free night but was not worth it. Toilet in room did not work and they could not send anyone so I had to go to front desk to get plunger and do it myself. I will not stay here again! The one in Allen Park is much nicer and at least they clean the room. No more!!!

The front desk people were not very friendly and the housekeeping of the room was awful. We checked in late in the evening to a room with a half cleaned bathroom, with a dirty shower and sink. The next day we requested the room be cleaned as they informed us when we checked in that they clean the rooms every other day, we were staying for four nights. Two days later when they came to clean they made the bed and changed the towels but didn't clean the toilet or sink. We had to request the bathroom be cleaned again! I would not stay here again and go to a place with better service!

This was not something we experienced during our stay at the Hampton Inn -Dearborn Detroit. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. I talked with everyone working the desk, day and night, the housekeeping manager and staff, all of them really beautiful people. The hotel was clean, up to date, accommodating with easy parking and a very affordable price Pluto Ty r seed e. It was difficult to recall something noteworthy and critical to say, especially after all the positive feedback but my husband helped me and I agree with him, the bed was nothing to write home about. When we laid down in unison said, “I Er the bed sucks”
