Omgawd Where has this hotel been all my life?? I guess because I’m from Bloomfield. I didn’t venture out into Novi when I lived in Michigan, but I missed out!! Aya greeted me and was phenomenal. I cannot believe that on top of getting the most gorgeous huge room with a bathtub which many of their rooms have thank Gd since most hotels are making bathtubs obsolete, I’m aware that we also get free breakfast??! I mean this is amazing. Such a clean place. I feel like this is a much more star hotel than it’s being given credit for. I stay in anything from a Ritz to a holiday Inn and I’m more comfortable here than anywhere bc of the awesome accommos and the kondness! A+!!

Extremely Unprofessional Management – Threatened with Police Over Their Own Mistake I want to start by saying that the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were well maintained. However, my experience was completely ruined by the way the staff and management handled a situation that was entirely their fault. I had booked two nights via Expedia and received confirmation. When we arrived around 10 PM to check in, it took nearly 30 minutes because the employee said the room assigned to us was already occupied. She had to call someone to assign us a different room, which we eventually received. The next day, we spent the day visiting family and returned around 11 PM, using our keycards to enter the main doors and room without issue. Everything seemed fine until the next morning around 8 AM. We missed a call on the hotel phone (we were asleep and had a white noise machine on for our baby). About ten minutes later, there was loud knocking at our door. My husband opened it, and it was the manager, demanding that we come to reception immediately or he would call the police. Since the reservation was under my name, I went downstairs while my husband stayed with our children. Within minutes, the manager called the room again, continuing to threaten to involve the police. I was extremely alarmed and confused. When I got to the reception, the manager raised his voice, insisting that they had no ID on file for us and that we “should not be in that room.” I showed him our IDs again, my Expedia confirmation, and our working keycard — which clearly showed a two-night booking. After looking into it, he realized that his employee had mistakenly checked us in as a “no-show.” My card had already been charged, and we had legitimately been staying there. Despite discovering that the error was entirely on their side, he offered no apology — only saying he would “deal with it” with his staff. To make things worse, the hotel’s website stated that rooms would only be cleaned and towels changed every two days. However, on the second day when we left, I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. When we returned later, the sign was inside the room — meaning someone had entered while we were away. This was extremely unsettling and made me feel unsafe, especially after everything else that had happened. This entire experience was deeply upsetting. We were threatened with police action in a foreign country because of an internal mistake, and our privacy was violated despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign up. All of this could have easily been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy. While the hotel itself was clean, the behavior of management and lack of respect for guests’ privacy completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless serious changes are made to how staff are trained and supervised.

Clean room and comfortable beds and nice ac/heat. Pool was cold and the pool room was cold and dirty. No one ever at the front desk to help. Pool also was very cloudy. Definitely not a great hotel and won't come back.
