She cheered the Packers on with me, even though they narrowly lost the game. She helped me set-up the wonderfully large flat screen TV in my room with a smile on her face. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have felt nothing short of spectacular when it comes to the hospitality here at Coldwater. Everything was top notch. Hailey & Madelyn helped in every way possible. The breakfast lady & housekeeping took care of my small requests. This is a little gem of a hotel & it's the only one I'll stay at. Keep up the fine work & I look forward to seeing y'all again!

The room, and hotel itself, was very clean. Breakfast was delicious with great options..and they serve until 10am which is great if you're not a morning person. The pool area was clean and well kept. And the staff...I cannot say enough about them. Everyone was so polite and what tiny issue we did have, they took care of immediately! We come to town to shop every year, and we will stay here again, no hesitation! Thanks to this team for having such high standards in customer service!
