- MCm c3 days ago1.0“BED BUGS”!!! If I can give a negative review on google. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The room smells moldy; the linens look worn out and dirty. This area has limited hotels choices. Stayed for a few nights and then found a live bed bug on me; I was horrified. Called the hotel to report but they didn’t seem to care or surprised (probably because it’s a regular problem for them). Stay at your own risks!
- JWJessica WrightOct 31, 20251.0This might be the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in 🤢. It's clear nothing has been actually cleaned. The vinyl floor (1st floor room) was sticky and socks were BLACK after walking on it. Curtains are caked in dust, bugs on the ceiling, mysterious stain on chair, and it smells like it hasn't been cleaned since the 90s. If you have allergies/asthma, this is not the place for you. This is how bad our 2nd room was, the first one was worse. I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Only plus is that it's dog friendly.

Stayed 1 night, checked in around 10 pm got a shower and went to sleep. Air conditioner made loud ticking noise all night. Hotel is very old and dirty, I hope this helps!

- DLDebbie LynneOct 20, 20253.0I was not impressed with the hotel, but the service from Mukhtar was above and beyond. We had 3 adults and 2 children so I figured they would plan accordingly. We got 3 towel sets, 4 coffee pods, 2 of which are decaf, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. I understand I can call for more items, but sometimes that's just an inconvenience and when you pay $189 for a room, it should be set up for the amount of people you have. The rooms were hot, and I had the A/C set at 68 and it was still warm in there. The shower made a horrible squealing noise the entire time you're in there. And I really think they should invest in new mattress covers. So if you're in that area, do some research. There are other hotels to check out.
