Then on January 3rd 2026 they charged my card $116.74 making it a total charge of $283.48. on my card. They claim the 166.74 was a pre authorization and not really taken out of my account was it was when using a credit card or debit card. Instead of crediting my card $50 they took the $116.74 off my card and told me I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to receive the $167.74 back to my account most big chain hotels don't do this type of practice they would only credit $50 back no take $283.48 and tell you have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get your money back

We waited for quite awhile at front desk while trying to decide if it was open, finally front desk guy came out and was very professional in his job. Room was nice, quite. One drawback was a giant poop stain along inner edge of toilet only visible until you got in shower along with some long black hairs stuck to tank
