Much better than the smaller ones that hold like four cans of beverages. The breakfast buffet was okay, but just okay. There’s a pool, but it was closed. The elevator shuddered every time it braked to stop. That was unsettling. I started using the stairs. Staff was friendly.

I spoke to Katie who was extremely kind and helpful. She gave me suggestions about food and told me she would watch out for us so she could open the door when we arrived. She had the door open so we could just come in, was patient, and understanding. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever had and brought a ray of light to the closing of a stressful day. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Highly recommend!
