We told the guy at the front desk that our room was dirty and he was already stressed out from a guest before us and screamed at us in the lobby dismissed us told us our room wasn’t dirty, and denied us a refund. A new room,new bed sheets or even a refund would of fixed this situation,but the general manager ROB went into the back office yelling at the lobby as if he was about to grab something and do something to us. this use to be our favorite hotel but Rob is a Psycho!! stay far away. There were pee stains and hair all through out our bed and room was smelly. Stay here if you want bed bugs!

I see the worker come up, and tries to hear for anyone inside. I open it before a knock. They said I should be careful of my noise. Like I can control things from falling mid air, without trying to stop it. I will use my air bending powers to stop my head phones from dropping. Chat. How do I tell gravity to stop doing it's job? 😂😮💨😪
- TWTaylor WightJun 21, 20255.0It was a perfect trip. My daughter was visiting from out of state with 2 small children. They loved the easy access pool. The breakfast was so good, make your own pancakes, bacon or sausage, bagels, cereals, yogurt, and all you can eat. But one night there was severe pounding on the door, persistent, it sounded like someone had made up their mind to kick in our door. We called 911, then the front desk. The desk didn't answer, and we feared they were taken out by the bad guys. It was truly frightening. Holding her baby, my daughter began shouting at the door kicker and the noise stopped. The front desk person was ok after all. It was a group of 7 teens that walked in and started wreaking havoc. Then they got on an elevator. The front desk person, being a former police officer, was not going to let them get away, and chased them down. All 7 were caught by police, who called all their parents to pick them up. I wish they had a bigger punishment for the fright they caused, but I appreciate the determination of the hotel not to let them get away. For this, they deserve 5 stars!!
