We went through 3 rooms, first one was a suite upstairs- key word UPSTAIRS- then they the three women in a room on the main floor, but it had only 1 bed ok close is fun but on top of each not comfortable. Now finally a room with 2 beds and it's down stairs. Ok what the hell ,UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS.... THE stairs do not a double railing and very hard to climb. There web site does not show they are not ADA compliant. So we paid them we see no elevator. Tomorrow I will be lucky to get out of this place because I am so sore from climbing up and down the stairs to do things with my family here.. Don't stay here if you need help getting up and down the floors. Never again I will never stay here again..

The front desk worker saw me leaving my room when I was going to smoke a cigarette and apparently thought I was stealing from the maintenance room. I was cornered outside and harassed by the workers, demanded to see my room keys and they repeatedly called me a thief! Stayed here several dozen times in the past year and will NEVER go back. They made me feel like a lowlife criminal for absolutely no reason (Black 20's male, do with that information as you will).
