- ASAmber Sutton4 days ago1.0This place is nasty. The management all around it is horrible. The way they treat their staff is insane. They also had issues with their washing machine, and instead of it dispensing 15% bleach it was dispensing 1.5% bleach. They didn’t rerun the washing machines to make sure they were good clean, they just let it go. Out dated, but they are in the process of a remodel. I still don’t think it’s going to be very well run as they can’t keep people there.

I was told water would be on and off and I am not paying full price to stay in a construction zone. There was no notification of any construction going on any website until I logged in to look at the address for the stay on my account and at the top it had a notice of major renovations. I called and asked for specific information before I cancelled so I understood what was happening. They are trying to impact guests as little as possible but it's still a construction zone and charging full price. I decided to stay a few hotels away that already completed renovations and are charging a minimum of $30 less a night. I mainly wanted people to know before they made the mistake I did. Maybe in a few months it will be a great place to stay!
- PPPhil ParentFeb 15, 20263.0Pretty much middle of the road average for a Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was OK. Location was great. Only bad thing I have to say is that their pool was freezing cold and their “hot tub” was tepid at best and def it needed to be drained and cleaned..kinda gross. Also the overly bright lights in the pool area at night don’t exactly “set the mood” reminded me more of high school gym getting ready to run freestyle competition.

Oh, Charlie is my service dog and he seems comfortable here. This place looks clean and feels clean. I am writing this in the morning and it's rare, in a hotel, to not wake up stuffy and I did not! Very exciting for me.
