- PMPaul MartelliMar 21, 20265.0Quiet and clean rooms! Doors have quiet-close hinge and sound/light seals to block nighttime disturbances. Mini-fridge and microwave in-room. Water quality is very good. Concierge was professional and polite. Impressive and fresh breakfast selection. Exercise room and pool. This is a very clean and well kept Holiday Inn, I am impressed! Feedback for Holiday Inn: thank you for finally bringing soundproofing to room doors. Please continue to explore whether this is possible for room windows and facades on ground level!

Shower knob move and went to super hot by itself burning gf and myself bed was loud & pillow was super flat. Heating unit made weird noises and didn't work right. Breakfast was horrible đ« sausage links and potatoes were under cooked in my experience was worst stay ever at any holiday inn express and been to many. So sad.....

My kids had to sleep on the floor. We were given some pillows and a sheet, great. What is the point of selecting a room, booking, and paying for it when the company doesnât honor the reservation. Wonât trust this company ever again.

Hotel was close to our venue and we had a decent night stay despite many families being at the hotel (President's Day weekend) and noise being a concern. Will stay here again as breakfast was nice, staff was attentive and we were able to check in early.
- DRDana RFeb 7, 20265.0We checked in Friday night with my son and some friends to swim. The building is easily accessible, wonderfully located in Brighton and clean to my standards! Joshua at the front desk checked us in. He answered several phone questions with a kind disposition prior to arriving. Upon arrival, Joshua was helpful in making us welcome and getting us settled in. They even allow pets! My 2 boston fur babies loved it. The pool is open late. Breakfast had several options to chose from. It was satisfying. The coffee was fresh ground too! ( I'm a coffee snob). Harriet at the counter in the morning was a sunshine all her own! Wonderful staff all around! We will be back. Keep up the great service. Thank you.
