  Soft water makes for a long shower, need to insert a room key into a slot to turn power on in the room. Quiet location and nicely appointed rooms.

  I am not one to write reviews, but I feel this hotel and stay I had here is worth one. I travel all the time for work (reason why I am just now getting to writing this review) and stay with IHG almost every trip and have status with them. This was quite possibly the WORST stay I have ever had. The "breakfast" was absolutely pitiful on 3/25. The pancake machine was broken, there was no milk, yogurt or eggs in the refrigerator, just packs of cream cheese (see picture)? Every person that came down for breakfast was kind of just like ...ok? I asked the staff if they had anything and they just replied, "no". Ok, cool. Now, that is not even the worst part of my stay. Let's move on to what happened when I got back from work that evening. I walk through the lobby and Abraham at the front desk saw me. Not even 5 minutes later I walked right back down and asked about housekeeping and who cleaned my room that day. He was unsure so I asked if any of the housekeepers have black hair and proceeded to show him my personal hair brush that had black hair in it (see pictures). I have blonde hair and it was very obviously not mine. Abraham was kind about it and said that he definitely could tell it was not my own hair but the only thing he could offer me was a verbal apology and a hair comb to make up for it. I asked to speak to a manager and he tried calling and texting Kyle, but he did not answer. He then took a picture of my hair brush with my hair next to it and sent it to Kyle. I was absolutely appalled by the lack of cleanliness standards and a disturbing disregard for my personal belongings and checked out of the hotel right then. I then had to secure another hotel at my own expense due to the lack of comfort and privacy I felt at this hotel. Kyle called me the next day and said he absolutely agreed that it was someone else's hair in my brush but that if he asks his staff if they did it and they said no, he would just believe them. I completely understand trusting your staff but there is no reasonable explanation that someone else's hair would be in my personal hair brush. He let me know that he would talk with his district owner and see what they could do for me to make up for this situation. I requested a refund since I did not even stay at the property that night and was only offered IHG points. In what world would I want points to come back and stay at a hotel that has no breakfast and allows their staff to use guests personal belongings? I love IHG and regularly choose this brand over other hotel options, but this whole experience was really disappointing. Offering points toward a future stay is not an appropriate resolution, as I have no interest returning after my experience here.

  Never had a friendly or professional receptionist here. This stay included a long hair on the bed, odor in room, cannabis odor floors, and when I finally fell asleep, a maid barged in my room at 7:54am and turned the lights on. When I got up to investigate, she was pulling her pants up in my bathroom. I had personal belongings on the bathroom counter, as well as my personal fan and loud noise machine on, so obviously she had no common sense or just didnt care. Quite disturbing! 2 dreadful stays here, unfortunately.
