    I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because clearly, the people still have not reached out about our full refund. When it comes to not having hot water for probably a few days. It literally happened on Valentine's Day. Which was the point of us even getting a room to enjoy our vacation. But we didn't notice it until the next day. The no hot water because we checked in kind of late. We thought that it was going to take some time for the water to warm up. So I'm assuming that the water was out when we checked in. Plus I reached out to the manager when she got in on that Monday and she seemed as if she don't care, not trying to do her job. She probably haven't sent no refunds out to anybody that experienced no water. Plus I hit my head on their sharp table. It was just bad, don't go there.

    Actually blown away by the quality of this Homewood suites. I am a frequent traveler, and frequent Homewoods user. We got a very cheap room, not expecting much. We live in town, and had some issues at our house that required us to stay somewhere else last minute. The room was very nice, incredibly clean. For an older hotel it didn’t have that weird smell in the rooms. The evening reception was great, had a couple glasses of wine and a beer. Food wasn’t spectacular, but it was OK. Better than I’ve gotten from the other evening receptions. The breakfast was amazing! They weren’t out of anything, and had some very unique items. Best Homewood suites I’ve stayed in ever, and I can’t imagine there’s many hotels better in the Brighton area.

    The hotel is in need of an upgrade for the rooms, interior wall and carpet. However it is very clean. Rooms are setup very nice. King suite has a lot of open area. Pool area is nice. Appreciated the buyable pantry items available in the lobby. The daily breakfast was really good, a very wide variety of items. We would stay here again.
