I work 3rd shift so the reason my “do not disturb” sign is on the door is because IM ASLEEP. Putting these signs on the door every day is beyond annoying. I’ve never had a hotel put these on my door, and I don’t want to stay here again if this is how the hotel does things. Clearly if someone has a do not disturb sign on their door…it’s for a reason. I also had an employee walk into my room while I was in the room and the do not disturb was on the door. So they don’t follow the do not disturb request.

Was told it’s a “corporate thing” by the front office but I’ve stayed at nearly 70 IHG hotels in 2025 alone and this location is the very first I’ve seen or heard of it. Yes, they have coffee in the lobby 24-7, but who wants to run down to the lobby for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning before you even get dressed?? Guess it’s time to switch back to the Hilton Honors or even Choice hotels for a cup of coffee in my room in the morning!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating letting us check in a hour earlier to drop off my dog. Hotel was super clean. Definitely recommend staying here.
