    Went here for a baseball tournament. The hotel staff made sure we had 2 queen beds. Hotel was close to our venue and we had a decent night stay despite many families being at the hotel (President's Day weekend) and noise being a concern. Will stay here again as breakfast was nice, staff was attentive and we were able to check in early.

    We checked in Friday night with my son and some friends to swim. The building is easily accessible, wonderfully located in Brighton and clean to my standards! Joshua at the front desk checked us in. He answered several phone questions with a kind disposition prior to arriving. Upon arrival, Joshua was helpful in making us welcome and getting us settled in. They even allow pets! My 2 boston fur babies loved it. The pool is open late. Breakfast had several options to chose from. It was satisfying. The coffee was fresh ground too! ( I'm a coffee snob). Harriet at the counter in the morning was a sunshine all her own! Wonderful staff all around! We will be back. Keep up the great service. Thank you.

    I got lots of bed bug bites. Water was slightly brown, towels were stained yellow from the brown water. I highway was very noisy. I will stay somewhere else next time.

    The hotel itself is nice and clean. I am here because we are in town for work. I work 3rd shift so the reason my “do not disturb” sign is on the door is because IM ASLEEP. Putting these signs on the door every day is beyond annoying. I’ve never had a hotel put these on my door, and I don’t want to stay here again if this is how the hotel does things. Clearly if someone has a do not disturb sign on their door…it’s for a reason. I also had an employee walk into my room while I was in the room and the do not disturb was on the door. So they don’t follow the do not disturb request.
