The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Johnny and Jaxson. They were so helpful and kind. The rooms are so nice, the beds are comfortable and the hotel offers a pantry loaded with snacks and drinks on every floor. Birmingham is such a cute little town, with lots of walkable places. My sister just moved to Michigan and from now on everytime we come to visit, this is definitely where we will be staying. We loved everything about this hotel.

I’ve been there for several meetings, and each visit has been consistently impressive. Jay, Darrell, and the morning team—Alyssa, Isaac, and Grace—always make guests feel valued. The valet crew, led by Naz, runs efficiently and professionally. Grace and Maxine provide strong leadership, and Shavar keeps Madam & Cafe Dax operating smoothly behind the scenes. I also walk my chocolate lab by the hotel every day. The staff is always kind to him, offering homemade treats and encouraging him to sit and shake hands. Their warmth extends beyond guests to the whole community. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive experience.

From the booking experience on the Hilton app, to the electronic check-in, to the personalized service I got from Tiara the minute I arrived, I felt special. I was in with a group and we ate a number of great meals in the hotel and in one of their meeting rooms while watching the Super Bowl. All with excellent service. We were in town for a funeral of a close friend and the staff at the hotel really made us feel comforted and cared for.
