They had something other than bitter dark roast coffer, so I appreciated that. The gym being closed, but not posted on their site ahead of time is the reason for the 4 stars in service. The room was VERY spacious and clean, but the main door wasnt lined up properly and stuck, so you had to REALLY yank on it to get it open. The bathroom door would NOT latch, so you shut it hoping no one else bumped it open.

Well we went here for NYE 2 years ago and the room was nice, the pool and hot tub were great, but the breakfast was horrible and they were out of most things. I didn’t give a review I just thought well I won’t go there again. However I figured I’d give it another chance this year for new years with my kids…. Well the lobby area seemed a little update but the room we had seemed smaller and there were stains all over the carpet. Half of the reason I chose to try it again was for the hot tub, because another place I was looking into didn’t have one. I made sure to look through the pictures when booking my stay to make sure there was a hot tub still. Well when we went down to the pool last night there was not a hot tub just a place where one used to be. I’m very disappointed in this company for false advertisement, if you fill in a hot tub take the damn pictures off your website! Also clean the damn carpets in the rooms! Ours was disgusting!

She definitely has a gift for customer service and making people feel valued!!!! She is the reason we would definitely come back. There was also a personal touch with a thank you now from hospitality telling us they hope we enjoy our stay!!

- KKKathyDec 16, 20252.0Upon arrival, smeared animal feces inside inner door where carts are at before approaching desk. Told clerk about it. Coffee and "hot water" was luke warm at its best. Toilet clogged, called front desk and we were able to get it to unclog, but called front desk to cancel maintenance. 10 minutes later, maintenance showed up. Guess communications not the best between staff. Came in 2nd night of stay and was going to bring a cup of coffee to room, again coffee was cold and no microwave near desk or in room to heat it up. Why offer it if it's cold?????? No clerk at desk to tell.
