0/10 would not recommend. Traveled to Michigan for a girls night. Didn't even stay a couple hours at this hotel and just drove home. We checked in around 4pm and our toilet was running when we walked in. The maintenance staff was already gone for the night so the front desk staff came to try and help. They couldn't do anything and refused to move us claiming they're full even though I could go online and reserve a room for the night.. Super disappointing management.

Stay away from 241 if you have kids. You can hear people playing in the pool late at night. Also if you don’t wake up early before 7 am, don’t expect a hot shower or breakfast. This hotel charges too much and they can’t handle the capacity. Also our room was a complete mess. See attached pictures. For the price definitely not worth it.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. We arrived prior to normal check in time and they got us our rooms anyway. Hotel itself is old and dated. Rooms had a musty carpet smell. Not very clean. Close to stores.

This was our first stay at this Hampton. There were many friendly staff. The front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. They willingly moved us from the highway side of hotel to a quiet corner. That was good as we stayed all week. Crazy they had an electrical outage and people could not easily access their rooms. But the front desk staff did their best to accommodate. Their housekeeping staff were short staffed so that was a little frustrating staying that many nights with only one restocking. The breakfast (we hit the eggs and meat) was lacking so we chose to eat out. So this was kind of surprise for a Hampton. But all in all it was decent stay. Thanks!
