PRO2 - I called the day before arrival to make sure my request for conjoined rooms was accepted and it was! CON1- During that same call I was told the pool and fitness center was closed for renovations until further notice. I would’ve preferred an email or call since I was traveling with kids and it was very inconvenient. Had I not called I would’ve never known until we got there and it was already too late to book at another hotel because prices were very expensive at that point. CON2- 1 of my rooms had NO HEAT, long strands of hair in the shower and tissue in the toilet as if someone used it and never flushed. CON3- My other room had NO HOT WATER, it was barely luke warm and long strands of hair on the toilet and in the shower.

Room has always been very clean and the breakfast area is a delight. When ever planning a trip to the Birch Run area this is the hotel I choose to stay at. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful and memorable visit.

As a house keeper myself our job is to check the entire room and report it to front desk. They couldn’t even offer me another room because it’s so booked . …. Just don’t waste your time or money.
