Poor customer service and accountability. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE POOL CLOSURE UNTIL 5 MINUTES AFTER FINDING OUT ABOUT IT IN PERSON UPON CANCELING. NOT DURING MY CANCELATION PERIOD, HOW CONVENIENT.

Front desk refused to check-in about 10 people lined up until 3:00 at 2:45. Carpets are extremely dirty, furniture damaged and overall condition of facility not up to standard of Holiday Inn Express.
