    The room was not very clean and the door latch in my room opened behind me. I was locked out of my room for 30 minutes. The staff was kind.

    This has always been my favorite hotel in big rapids but my most recent visit my reservation was messed up twice and the hot breakfast was cold for all 3 days I was there. Very unhappy with this stay.

    I've been here on business for about 6 weeks. The service has been good and the customer service has been great if you need anything ask Vickie she's everything.

    I’ve always stayed at Hilton properties (usually Hampton inn) when I travel for work. This particular hotel is in a great area if you’re a business travel - restaurants, gas station and grocery story all very close. Room were exceptionally clean and appear updated. I’ll stay here again.

    Check in was a breeze. Ordered the room via third party site. Handicap/accessible room was nice and spacious for my mobility scooter. Low wall on the tub was ok. Would have liked to see a 0 entry shower with a seat. Key cards worked well. But no auto opening doors on the room can make it difficult to enter or leave. Continental breakfast was wonderful. the attendants were nice and kept everything stocked up. Pool was nice, the night shift desk clerk let us let us stay in the pool past closing.
