Nicole checked on us while we were in the lobby our 1st day there and chatted with us and set up when we wanted room service and was very kind and personable!! Thank you much for making it feel home-y!

- AAAAug 17, 20255.0After our horror story experience down the road at the Red Roof Inn last time we came up to spend the weekend at St Joes see the reviews they’re comical, we decided to do our homework ahead of time and decided to spend a little extra on a better hotel. Let’s just say this place exceeded our expectations. The parking lot is tidy and spacious, no issue finding somewhere to park. You’re greeted by a beautiful lobby to hangout where friendly staff get you settled and issue your keys in a timely manner. There is an inside and outdoor area to sit, laundry room to wash/dry clothes, a private pool to take a dip and a area where you can utilize a PC to check emails if your traveling and need access to a computer. The elevators are nice, the hallways are clean and the signage is easy to understand in order to find your room. The room was clean and tidy, smelled natural and not offensive to the nose, air conditioning that can easily freeze you out of the room and doesn’t have that mold smell to it, bathroom polished with toiletries included, and bed sheets clean and free of stains. What more is to be said we would easily book again next time we come up. Not to mention breakfast is included which is a nice touch and great way to start your morning.
- SDS DeezeAug 2, 20253.0IHG MEMBER ; room was cool, had to check out the first room because soon as I entered the last guests food was still in the fridge so that shows it wasn’t “ thoroughly “ cleaned. However, the front desk lady was understanding of my concerns and quickly moved me and the next room was okay but bed was really small. Clean though none of the less so that’s made a difference. Running around weird times (3am-4am) then again about 9AM which sucked because I was very tired and hoping to sleep in. but I did contact the front desk and it stopped. So maybe not a room near the stairs or by the pool if you’d like a nice nights rest. Besides that it was okay for a one day stay.
