The whole lobby smelled of marijuana. We had ordered some shrimp as an appetizer. While it looked amazing on the outside, it was raw, semi-transparent, and mushy on the inside. Our family will be lucky if we don't get food poisoning. We had also planned on ordering breakfast the following morning, as we had paid for it with our room. However, nobody decided to show up for work. So the only options were stale bread, peanut butter, and coffee. Not happy. Expected more from Hilton. 😞

Unfortunately, issues started the first night, forcing me to leave and get back on the highway. When I returned the second night, they refused to let me check into my reserved room and would not refund me for the unused night. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail from the staff was disappointing. If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t waste your time—book across the street instead. You’ll get better service and a more professional experience.

When the security latch accidentally engaged after we left the room, locking us out, Charissma responded immediately and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. Both she and Mesha made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their outstanding service truly set the tone for a great stay.

My husband and I called ahead to see if it was possible to get rooms that were either right next to each other or across so my grandma didn’t feel alone. Within minutes we got a call back that they could put us next to one another with the door in the middle. As soon as we arrived late at night, the workers were SO friendly and making sure we had everything we needed. Carrisa (could be wrong? But I think that was her name..) at the front next was beyond amazing. I cried a little tears of jot because the staff there is excellent and so nice, it was just a nice change to see everyone so happy in this crazy world we are living in today. We will definitely be back!!
