    THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO BENTON HARBOR AND THIS PLACE MADE MY STAY MISARABLE!! The rooms are nasty and the service is pathetic!! I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone!! The atmosphere is disgusting 🫣 and the rooms smell like mold!! 👍

    Cockroaches in bathroom. Stink bugs and ladybugs on ceiling. Dried urine around base of toilet also pubic hairs. Ketchup or something smudged on chair. Headboard falling apart.

    I recently stayed at the Best Western in Benton Harbor, MI, and I was honestly surprised—in the best way possible. Based on the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting much, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The room was great: very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a priority here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always willing to assist and clearly focused on making guests feel welcome. I also really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, which were both very clean and well kept—something that’s not always the case at hotels, so it definitely stood out. It’s obvious that management pays attention to customer feedback and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Breakfast was simple but perfect for getting your day started, with enough variety to grab something quick before heading out. Overall, this was an excellent stay, especially for the price. Clean rooms, helpful staff, well-maintained amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere made this Best Western a place I would absolutely stay at again and confidently recommend to others.

    The room was comfortable and what you’d expect from an average hotel. The room and linens felt clean, but some towels had some visible stains. The hot tub was unfortunately dirty- the bubbles from the jets were turning brown and there were some hair clumps in there as well. The indoor pool was very cold. Overall fine if you’re looking for a place to crash for a night right off I-94.
