- JWJolene WellsApr 17, 20263.0It started out not so great, our first impression was of the night clerk sleeping , sprawled out on the front desk & acting like we were bothering her. Then our room smelled of stale cigarettes ,which we reported( again acted like we were bothering her) when we went to Shower the body wash dispenser was empty. But to salvage our experience we had a great breakfast with Leonard the cook/ maintenance man and he made the trip! What a hard working ,quality human that restored my faith in Best Western.

Based on the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting much, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The room was great: very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a priority here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always willing to assist and clearly focused on making guests feel welcome. I also really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, which were both very clean and well kept—something that’s not always the case at hotels, so it definitely stood out. It’s obvious that management pays attention to customer feedback and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Breakfast was simple but perfect for getting your day started, with enough variety to grab something quick before heading out. Overall, this was an excellent stay, especially for the price. Clean rooms, helpful staff, well-maintained amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere made this Best Western a place I would absolutely stay at again and confidently recommend to others.
