  Jada was so sweet!! Literally made me feel like I was at a resort at the 4 seasons or something. She is so polite and friendly, it made me feel like I’ve known her for my whole life!

  Receptionist BRI was very RUDE! I went to front desk and asked for the pool wristband to be changed and she was very disrespectful and RUDE about it and had us wait 30mins just to exchange the pool woo out. Her attitude is very tacky and she definitely needs to be training on Customer Service bc she doesn’t have the skills. That my reason for a 3 but the rooms were very clean and the refrigerator was the best out of all the places I’ve stayed it gets VERY COLD!

  I called before booking because I had concerns about staying somewhere farther from the airport than we usually do. When I called, I was told that shuttle to the airport would be whenever we scheduled it and that within 10 minutes shuttle returning to the hotel after word would be enough notice. Unfortunately, I was misinformed. Had I been informed properly We would’ve stayed somewhere else sure to our right schedule. We normally stay at the La Quinta near the airport and have had multiple great experiences, however the kids wanted a pool this time so we tried this out. Only after checking in were we told that Shuttle runs every hour on the hour. So in order to get to our flight 2 hours early we had to leave 3 hours early due to 20ish min travel time. once arriving back at the airport, we called and we’re told a 25 minute wait for a shuttle, Of which we waited over that. Not a bad place to stay, and if the information I was provided beforehand was accurate a better review would’ve been given. But because expectations were set one way, and not fulfilled it was very disappointing.

  If I could leave zero stars I would room was dirty, blood spots on the comforter, hair in the shower, dirt spots on the hardwood floor, crumbs in the couch. Employees were rude. The general manager Linda Halford was very unprofessional & untrustworthy, she will try to charge you extra fees for absolutely no reason at all.

  Mannnn I just gotta say. This staff is amazing. I was walking from the gas station back to the hotel after my flight got canceled at night. I ran into a skunk and ran as fast as I could. Got back to the room and to my dismay realized I dropped my phone during the confrontation. The girl found me a flashlight and the guy actually came and helped me look for it since I was honestly scared to go back out there. 10/10 I always come here when I have an early flight and they're why. I stayed 03/23-24
