This hotel advertises as it is located at the airport. It is not! It’s about 20 or more minutes away. Rooms are fine but don’t count on “on call service to pick you up at the airport” if you stay here. They don’t pay for a ground transport stall, so you can’t find the van, and it doesn’t wait. After a few tries meaning 40 minutes of waiting outside you may catch the van. If you want to stay here and park here for your journey keep this in mind and find an actual “airport” hotel.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating situation with this hotel.
I planned to visit Canada for a few hours to see an ill family member. It was short notice, but as soon as I booked the hotel, I sent an email to see if I would be able to leave prescription medication at the hotel prior to check in as it is restricted in Canada. That email was never replied to. I then called to follow up and the person I spoke with seemed bewildered by my question and said she would speak with management and call back. I told her email was fine, but she insisted that I would receive a call. I gave it a day and then called again to follow up. I spoke with a different employee who said that she didn’t think there would be an issue but, again, that someone would return my call. This didn’t happen, again.
I showed up at the front task this morning, only to be told that it was against policy to hold a bag as they cannot be responsible for it being lost or stolen. As I didn’t have any other options, I told them that I was fine assuming that risk, but that was refused as well. I told the manager everything listed above and asked if there were any notes regarding this on my reservation. She pulled up the notes and saw that it had been relayed to me that they would not be able to hold my bag. This is entirely untrue. Per my phone log, there are two outgoing calls, no returned calls or voicemails and no returned email. Despite my attempt to be proactive, no accommodation was made.
I left and scoured the internet to try to find a storage locker that I could use just for the day. Unfortunately, there are no services like that nearby, so I ended up leaving my prescription medication in a bush at a nearby park.
I’m very disappointed with this hotel and have yet to even check in. As a fellow customer service manager, I would never allow my team to be as unresponsive as management apparently allows here.

Was scheduled for early morning flight and didn't want to chance with the weather being late so I stayed here the night before. I had read mixed reviews but thought I would give it a shot and glad I did.
Check in was super easy. Brianna was very pleasant and helpful. She got me all set up for my shuttle in the morning. Hotel had a nice big lobby seating area with free hot coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, along with big TV to watch. There was a small business center area you could utilize to print boarding passes or whatever. The first floor also housed a nice pool and hot tub. I didn't utilize but went in and took a look. Water was clean and room was comfortable.
I was asked if I had a floor preference, and room was located on 3rd floor room 309. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.. If I had one complaint it would be that there wasn't option for fan to run on thermostat. I'm use to fan noise to sleep.
In the morning they offered a nice breakfast at no charge. Omelets, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, yogurt. They also offered grab and go backs that you could fill with muffins and fresh fruit. There were other food options too. Check out was smooth, the desk person was pleasant. Shuttle was on time and quick. Driver was friendly and professional.
My favorite thing was the resident senior Pup. It's this tiny little dog the hotel saved.
If you are in the area and need an overnight before flight or something longer, I highly recommend.
