  This location is good. They could clean up the grounds. We saw trash around the parking lot and in the grass on the side parking lot. We like to stay here, please clean up!

  I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly after my flight was delayed until the next day, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, efficient, and genuinely understanding of travel stress, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which mattered a lot after a long travel day. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient bus service to DTW that runs every hour. It made getting to the airport the next morning completely stress free and removed the need to worry about parking or ride shares. The shuttle was on time, easy to access, and well organized. The hotel also offered a continental breakfast that was perfect for a quick start to the day. There was a solid variety of options, including pastries, cereal, fruit, coffee, and juice, which was exactly what I needed before heading back to the airport. Overall, this hotel turned a frustrating delay into a comfortable and easy overnight stay. I would absolutely stay here again for airport travel, early flights, or unexpected changes in plans in the near future.

  We love this place for nights-prior-to-early-flights at DTW... Their shuttle service (especially the driver Jordan who is so friendly!) and the ability to park your car for the duration of your trip is really great. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast too! The indoor pool looks pretty but I haven't swam in it yet - hopefully next time.

  Checkin: after a long wait in line because they had one person working the front desk on a busy (and packed) Saturday evening, we finally get to check in, just to get to the room and find out our keys don't work and there's already people in the room. All of our stuff and the kids back to the now longer line to wait another close to 45 minutes to re-check in and get a new room. The Room: beds were covered in crumbs and hair. Pull out bed was disgusting and had to be cleaned off. Floors were dingy and our lighter socks turned black. Service: the pull out bed had no linens, so we had to go up to the front desk and wait in line again. We were told someone would be right over. An hour later no one showed up so my step son went down to find out what was going on. He was told the person who was supposed to do it said they did and then went home. After another half hour or so, we were dropped off two sheets and a pillow. No blanket. 4 days after we checked out, there was a random $50 charge on our card. When we called, we were first transferred to reservations who was rude and kept talking over me. I had to call back to get someone else on the phone to be told the charge is for a incidentals deposit but it's already been released. I asked why we were being charged a deposit at all 4 days after we checked out and was told only they don't know but on their end it shows released.
