Avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with kids. Our stay in October 2025 was ruined by front desk agent “Karen”, who, less than an hour after check-in, was aggressively rude and threatened to call the police on my family over an inflated noise complaint upon checking in with 3 kids. People make noise when moving in lots of luggage for a 5 day stay. Her conduct was unprofessional and created a hostile environment, especially distressing as we were staying for a funeral. The failure of management was equally shocking: the manager never called or spoke to me during my five-day stay and ignored my follow-up emails requesting information and an apology from “Karen”. Staff were even overheard gossiping about the incident. This is the worst service I have received as a Hilton Honors member.
