Said no ETA but if you want we can cancel your reservation. Found a hotel with a pool. Had the reservation canceled. However when I looked for my refund. They claimed I stayed in the room. I didn't get a receipt, however I did make sure I handled my hotel key to the desk clerk. Good thing there are several new hotels in the area that I can go to. Sad representation of a good hotel brand

Overall good stay would return.

- TLTaylor LewisNov 9, 20253.0Room was clean, got my free breakfast & the kids had fun swimming but Angela, the night worker was very rude about my son’s birthday party. They seen was having a party and was okay with it. We cleaned up after ourselves, we were very respectful with it and the lady still had something to complain about it.. and wanted to complain to me about it after many trips of going up and down to my room because every single time I would get to my room, the card wouldn’t unlock the door. So I kept having to go down and get a new key and then she wanted to complain about a birthday party is crazy.
