I've stayed here when it was under previous management and it was horrible including some staff! I've been here just the other week and its staff and new management are amazing Laura the GM is doing amazing considering all the changes and staff is very excited for a new beginning the new owner is a awesome guy that knew it needed work and has taken the steps needed to get this hotel back into shape!! I cannot wait to make the trip back next year to see it all done!

Don't stay here. Elevator has been out of service for months as well as the pool. Desk staff seems unhappy and a bit untrained. Thermostat in my room didn't work, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, shower dripped nonstop, and the cleanliness of the room was questionable in some areas.

I will not book this hotel again. As a platinum Hilton member, I have stayed in lots of their hotels across this region and this has to be the most struggling Hampton I’ve seen. While the staff were helpful and friendly - they can only do so much. The list of things out of order at this hotel is longer than what seems to be working. The pool and elevator were closed. The rooms on the first floor were out of order. The room I had did not have a blackout blind, so the floodlight right outside my window kept the room illuminated all night. The carpet and bedding were so old and soiled they need to be replaced, not laundered again. If Hilton is going to abandon the Hampton brand - just sell it and be done.

Elevator not working. Pool closed. Room was dirty with dirty towels. Absolutely not worth the price they are charging
