The food for our conference was lack luster, the restaurant food was over priced without flavor.

We held some meetings in their conference rooms. The service was great and exactly what we needed. The room we had, had some background noise but nothing we couldnt overcome. The food was great and we had someone available whenever we needed them. The Alloy for lunch was a great addition.

Please go anywhere else, there are too many other hotels in Battle Creek to waste ur money at this one.
Made reservation a month ahead of time, told them it was for a 14 year old bday party, asked for conjoined rooms, asked about a hot tub, asked about breakfast and was told everything I wanted could be done at their establishment.
Got there the hot tub was down for A scheduled maintenance that they knew about when I made the reservation the restaurants were all closed and there was no breakfast available And then after we left, we got charged $250 because we had a party even though we let them know we were having a party lol
Please, whatever you do go anywhere else if you’re gonna be staying in Battle Creek
The water that came out of my sink smelled like mold too.. So I didn’t take a shower while I was there..

First of all just let me say this the rooms where clean the day staff was very polite but the night front desk girl was not I have stayed at a lot of hotels this was by far the worst where amenities are concerned there was no refrigerator or microwave no iron and ironing board in the room no continental breakfast no coffee in the lobby the restaurant was closed due to internet problems you had to pay for parking the jacuzzi was empty for the price of the stay not worth it at all from now on I’m starting at holiday inn way better and as for the barn door bathroom doors in the room ridiculous being in the bathroom is supposed to be to be a private thing obviously not at this place NOT HAPPY AT ALL
