Compared to other LEGOLAND Discovery Centers I felt like this was lacking. The staff in particular did not offer the same enthusiasm that I've seen elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, your kids will love it if they are the right age bracket, but my kids only last an hour or two there before they get bored, and taking into account the price, they are just as happy playing at the free playplace at the food court.

Not worth the price at all. First time I came here was two years ago for a field trip with my child. They have been asking to go back, so we came today as a family. We reserved a 3.30 time slot. When we got there , the section to enter the play area within LEGOLAND was closed and roped off. So many of us had to stand in the line within the store to ask to be let into the other side, which was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. We were then met with an extremely unprofessional employee that said we needed to hurry up. Listen, I purchased tickets and reserved my time. I did my part. You guys decided to close up shop well before you should have.
We finally get in, kids are having fun. Tell me why you close at 5pm but closed all the rides and started having staff clean around customers trying to enjoy their time at 4.30pm ? 30 minutes before your store is actually supposed to close. My kids wanted to ride the rides again and go into the cinema. It was a huge waste of money and very unpleasant.

I dont like it. Over priced . Bad customer service and the packages are a scam. They close early and its not worth what you get. Food was closed and our designated time the aquarium was already closed and no refunds

We had a wonderful time at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Great Lakes. The place is colorful, well organized, and full of creative activities that kept the kids engaged the whole time. My children were very happy, excited, and didn’t want to leave. It’s a great spot for kids to play, build, and use their imagination in a safe indoor environment. Definitely a fun experience and worth visiting again.
