you have to have a minor to go in. I paid $60 for 2 adult tickets days prior online. we got there and we were told we have to have someone under 17. doesn't make sense to me if they let you buy 2 adult tickets and no child tickets. I got refunded though

Lots and lots of stuff to do and the towns they have set up to look at are amazing. The kids had a ball. Definitely worth a trip. The leggo store is jam packed and a dream.

Great experience. They carry quite a few hard to find Lego sets in their showroom.

Pretty cool attraction to go to when the weather is cold, but they need to vette their staff. I encountered a few employees during my visit that were MAJOR Karen’s. One employee was flirting with his coworker, and when I asked him to chill out in front of my kids, he became aggressive and hostile, following us around the rest of the time. He told my daughter that she couldn’t ride their small rollercoaster because she was crying (and uncomfortable that he was following us around). Another employee was mad that my toddler wanted to play with their bigger Lego blocks. It’s a cool attraction but they definitely need to train their staff on being more welcoming and friendly and abstain from coworker relationships while on the clock.

Our family always enjoys a trip to LEGOLAND in Auburn Hills, MI! This location is part of the Great Lakes Crossing Mall, right by their fantastic food court. We love to pre-order our tickets, drive there first thing in the morning on a day off from school, spend a few hours building and playing at LEGOLAND and then grabbing something to eat in the food court before heading home. The Merlin’s Apprentice Ride is our favorite, though we all love the 4D movie experiences as well. We’ve also spent lots of time building and racing cars, building under water creatures and Friends vignettes every time we visit LEGOLAND. For smaller children plan to stop at the indoor playground and spend time resting or having snacks between stations. In general we spend 10-30min at each station, depending on the kids’ age and interest when we’re visiting.
