Spoke with “Sadie”
Incredibly rude and short with an attitude.
Was told one price from one person when I booked over the phone and then got a confirmation email way higher than what I was told. When I called to find out more “Sadie” was rude and offered very little explanation for why someone from their hotel told me my stay would be a different price than it was. When I asked for my reservation to be cancelled she hung up on me. I had to call to cancel 2 days later after I received another confirmation email about my stay.
Incredibly unprofessional and glad I didn’t give these people my business.
