- VLVal LoweMar 30, 20261.0Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here We arrived at 3:30pm, 30 minutes after the official check-in time, exhausted with our toddler in tow. To our shock, our room wasn’t ready. The front desk casually informed us they were double-booked our king suite room and might not even have a room for us at all. We stood there for about 30 minutes while they “tried to figure it out,” blaming everything on “the system.” After waiting with a wild toddler running all around, we politely asked if we could at least have a temporary room just to change our toddler and drop off our luggage and to get the event we came to town for. They eventually gave us one, but it felt like pulling teeth. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one on duty. As some kind of compensation, they offered us free breakfast vouchers. Wow, thanks? The bar was a joke — basically 10 random bottles behind the counter. The bartender huffed and puffed but still couldn’t figure out how to make a simple margarita. The absolute highlight (or lowlight) of the night was walking through the lobby around at night and seeing the front desk guy sound asleep on the couch. Classy. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. Between the double-booking fiasco, lack of management, terrible bar, and staff sleeping on the job, I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children. Save your money and stay somewhere else

All the tvs’s in the hotel did not work for more than a day, the internet was poorly working, the “twin” beds are child sized. I’m 5’10” and my feet hung off the end. The hot tub was broken as well. There are much better places today in the area.

Every employee from the telephone to front desk to the bar and restaurant, were fantastic! Room was so clean! Loved the rain shower option :) Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay again!!

- LLLaraFeb 26, 20264.0I am taking off 1 star because the vestibule before upon walking into the lobby reeked of synthetic fragrance. Fragrance free is healthier. Other than that, Even is a decent hotel - modern bathroom, modern lighting, relatively quiet hallways, complimentary water bar, spacious shower & beds.
