The yoga mat and elastic stretch things were nice though. Food: Breakfast is absolutely minimal. A small menu, only one kind of omelette. They never even had the oatmeal that was on the menu. Location: Despite describing the location as University Area, it's nowhere near U of M. Basically you need a car to get anywhere. I could have paid a bit more somewhere else, gotten a better hotel and saved on the Uber/Lyfts.

It was the first time we've frequented a EVEN branded hotel, the concept is interesting as the room has workout gear in it which we didn't use. The property is clean and has a nice scent when you walk into the lobby. The front has also been great to deal with as well. There is a mall next door which is nice. I'll add that this property was a great alternative for us to the Hyatt Place across the street which was selling rooms at outrageous prices during a Michigan Football game weekend.

Your professionalism, hospitality, and genuine friendliness did not go unnoticed. From the elegant reception, the thoughtfully planned events, to the delicious food and comfortable beds, every aspect of our getaway was spot-on. The entire staff worked together like a well-oiled machine – what a truly impressive team.

I use a cane and was treated strangely by the front desk clerk at check in, who went on and on about it being a “wellness hotel” and extolling the virtues of taking the stairs. He also acted like he’d never seen a US passport before and asked intrusive questions about my ID. This same clerk stared at my family and I every time we came in and out. The room was unremarkable and we didn’t notice the highway noise at all. It probably would have been a nice experience if not for the awkward ableism.
