- TCTM CampDec 2, 20251.0We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Our recent stay we had the room next to us sneak in 2/3 large dogs that continued to bark and disrupt us. Contacted the front desk where there was no manager on staff. William at the front desk said they had service dogs and they could have them even though the Holiday Inn has a no pet policy. Then William changed his mind and said they were going to be fined because they shouldn't have dogs. He went to the room to check. I asked if they could move them to another room and he said no they can't because they would have to do special cleaning to get the room disinfected for the next guest and they didn't want to pay for that twice. Because the dogs kept barking with every little noise, we decided to move to another room. We had arrived back to the hotel at 9:45 p.m. and didn't get settled in to our new room until after midnight. This was unacceptable. I contacted the General Manager Jonna Radle and asked her to contact me. She did with a complete unprofessional attitude and said they moved us to another room gave me some points and doesn't know what else I would want. She was argumentative and then hung up on me. This hotel must be desperate to have her in a management position. I'll let everyone I know to not go to this hotel. Poor management all the way around! ****As you can see the unprofessional response from this so called manager Jonna.**** Thankfully there's a new hotel in Alpena called Hampton Inn and Suites.
