Work out room, clean and well lit. Our room had view of river. Beautiful view, especially at night, when city lit up. Breakfast staff served a delicious breakfast. Food choices varied. Housekeeping staff friendly.

When I brought it to the front desk their response was how they wished the cleaning supervisor was there to check the room, and if I was sure it wasn’t an allergic reaction to the sheets. It was clear I had bites. I asked for a refund and she couldn’t approve it, I needed the manager. They were not there and I had to leave for a meeting. Instead of calling since I left my information, they simply emailed me a receipt showing the refund. It was of course the least they could do but a phone call acknowledging the issue would have been better customer service. I stay here often for work and will now be needing to figure out other accommodations when I go. Would not recommend

The hotel is perfectly clean, well-maintained, nicely-decorated, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I especially liked the amble electrical outlets + USB connections. The hotel is within walking distance of many fine restaurants, bars & pubs.
