  Good service was good and workers very nice. Hotel not as nice as other Hamptons. Can tell it wasn't built with heat quality and attention to detail. Faucet set ups in bathroom ridiculous.

  This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The Hampton Inn in Allen Park, Michigan was completely unacceptable from top to bottom. First, there was no heat, which made the room miserable and uncomfortable. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained, to the point where we didn’t even feel safe using it. The showers had visible mold, and the bathroom fan didn’t work, making the problem even worse. The issues didn’t stop there. Hallway lights were not working, making the property feel neglected and unsafe. In the room, the headboards were dirty, the mini fridge was broken and filthy, and worst of all, there was mold under the mattresses—absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Hampton/Hilton brand. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not just a housekeeping issue. The management and staff need to do their jobs. Conditions like no heat, broken lights, mold, and filthy furniture are management failures, not something that can be blamed solely on housekeepers. This hotel is clearly not being properly inspected, maintained, or managed. This property is poorly run and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances until serious improvements are made. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

  ROACHES!! Right before checkout I went to the bathroom, found 2 baby roaches and 1 adult in the bathroom. Went to grab my daughter (2) off the bed once me and my husband finished getting our stuff together and found one on the blanket she was using!! We told the receptionist at check out, and she just said she’d take care of it. Didn’t offer a refund or partial refund or anything. Paid $160 for a roach infested room the day after my daughter’s 2nd birthday. Literally even disgusted we ATE THERE!

  Very good experience very clean rooms and the front desk was so nice from beginning to end I went away for Christmas week and was going to stay 3 nights at an air bnb didn’t work out so came to the hotel around 11 pm totally exhausted and upset but again from start to finish everyone was so happy and nice the house keeper who’s name is Rosa was very nice to me and my friends thank you for a great experience definitely will be back if I ever stay in town again highly recommend merry Christmas and a very happy new year to you all also I forgot to mention that due to us making the reservation with very little notice the hotel of course ran out of rooms and didn’t have any accessible rooms for wheelchairs my friends thank and I went to the front desk and asked if they had any shower chair The front desk lady herself came up less than an hour later with a shower chair again from start to finish very great experience. Everyone was so nice and you were more than just a room number. You were part of their family. Thank you again for a great experience.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Allen Park. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff set the tone with their friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming service. Every interaction felt personable, and they made check-in and the entire stay effortless. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—delicious, well-stocked, and kept fresh throughout the morning. The dining area was comfortable and inviting, and the breakfast attendants were warm, attentive, and clearly took pride in their work. I stayed in a junior king suite, which was both comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The wet bar was especially convenient, and I appreciated the generous workspace. The bathroom was huge, clean, and well-designed, adding an extra level of comfort. The fitness center offered everything I needed to stay on track—good cardio options, free weights, a cable machine, and plenty of room to move. One of my favorite parts of the stay was winding down in the evening with the complimentary tea, relaxing in the cozy lobby while watching a Christmas special. It added an unexpected, homey touch to the trip. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations in every area. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
