Very clean and had the AC pumping ready when we came in with it being midday 3pm check in and 85°F outside! Pizza Place (that's the name) near the hotel was worth the short drive for Fatoosh and Pizza! Some of the best Fatoosh I've had actually!

We had to switch rooms because the first room we were put into had a very bad smell in the room so we had them put us in another one. That room was good but I was already unsatisfied with the first room so I couldn’t enjoy it too much. They need to change out the carpets in a few rooms. The first room was nasty and I really didn’t appreciate getting a room like that. I will never stay at this location again. I was very disappointed with this hotel having a room so dirty smelling.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! This hotel, Breanna, called me while I was on the road driving to their location. I was 20 minutes away. They told me they were overbooked and that if I wanted to keep my room I needed to pay for it in full right then and there over the phone. Otherwise, my reservation would be canceled and I would have nowhere to stay for the night. I was appalled!!! I booked my reservation via an agent over the phone. Checked in via the app the night before and this is the treatment I received. I am an avid traveler! Matter of fact, this was my 4th trip in 30 days! So to receive an unprofessional call like this from a hotel that I thought was reputable, truly pissed me off! I paid the price, Breanna was requesting. As a matter of fact, it was me and my friend together in the vehicle. We had acquired 2 rooms for the night. We both were required to pre-pay or have no room for the night. Upon arrival, Breanna explained this is their standard practice when they over book. But I couldn't understand why the hotel's problem became my problem! I informed her that I am a travel influencer (vacaylikejen) and travel agent! I will be talking to their corporate headquarters and letting everyone know about their unscrupulous practices! I was and still am traumatized by this experience. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be scammed! The room was clean. She did apologize. But none of that fixed the damage that had been done. I will continue to spread the word about my encounter and will be reaching out to corporate next. Just disgraceful practices! Update: The hotel issued a response, but instead of trying to improve on their practices, they doubled down on how demanding advanced payment is normal. I have stayed at 5 star hotels and did not have to pay in advance! If you broke just say that. Long story short, do yourself a favor and stay at a reputable hotel that follows industry norms.
