- RRRenee “ROXY”6 days ago1.0Definitely not kid friendly, my daughter came to visit from California I put her in this hotel she has a 5-month-old baby so I brought over a saucer a pack and play and a few other things The cleaning manager decided to rudely mumble near me " what is she moving in now"So I politely turn to her and said babies come with a lot of things she did not ask you for a crib I brought this to my daughter for my grandson. So she just continued well that's a lot of stuff I just figured and I stopped her and said ma'am I'm not and I walked away I turned around and told her I will be writing a letter to the manager and sending pictures of all the stuff I brought for my grandson to stay a few nights not to mention my daughter was in the suites .very rude lady. Today I am moving my grandson and my daughter to a Airbnb. So if you have kids make sure you only bring a small suitcase. Oh I know already forgot I moved my daughter from one suite to the Henry Ford larger suite that night that cleaning lady decided to say she had a fumigate because the room smelled like smoke, it's pretty funny she saw me smoking My daughter does not smoke and never has she knew I was writing a letter any review and tried to jump ahead of it by making up some story
- PPPeter ParkerNov 9, 20255.0Cute charming hotel. Very clean and spacious room. They take pride in the cleanliness. They close the pool for cleaning and drain the hot tub to clean everyday. Also I saw professional carpet cleaner company cleaning the hallway carpets. Lots of interesting history throughout the hotel. They close the enterance gates at night and open only the main lobby enterance. I like that for my peace of mind for safety. Breakfast was average. Only negative thing was the front desk lady in hijab. She wasn't that friendly or personal.

Mugly’s has a ton of options for any meal and prices on food / drinks are competitive. Staff super friendly. Definitely will stay here again

The pool was gross and cloudy. My daughter ended up with a skin infection that we’ve been going back and forth with to the doctors. Stay anywhere else but here!
