Me and my friend went to this place and the blanket had a yellow spot that's probably pee. And I saw a spider on the top celling that was alive. In the bathroom the tub was brown. It was disgusting and disturbing . I tried to fix and call the staff and they said I'd be fine. I don't recommend it's very disgusting.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, You feel like you’re back in time in the turn of the century The pictures on the wall very much capture Detroit’s iconic car culture & history, Breakfast bread was good and the rooms were immaculately clean, I look forward to hopefully coming back.

Upon arrival, my fiancé and I immediately noticed the blaring siren that goes off continuously, across the street. It made the stay very unpleasant. When we went into our room, we noticed big bugs that almost looked like stink bugs, on the curtains near the windows. At night, it was so hot that we had to open the windows because the AC would not kick on and the vents only blew hot air into the room. This inevitably led to more bugs coming in. I went out to the ice machine to try and get ice to cool myself down but I was disappointed when it was out of service. The vending machine was also completely empty. There was no water in the water dispenser inside the gym. The shower drain did not function properly and the tub filled with water during a shower. Gross! Parking was also extremely limited. I had to park with my bumper sticking out because the hotels maintenance truck unnecessarily took up an additional half of the last available parking spot. The blanket on the bed feels like a towel and the pillows are so flat that the amount of pillows provided still makes absolutely no difference. This was genuinely one of the worst stays my fiancé and I have had and it was still somehow high priced ($140/night)

A 2/5 for 2 reasons, but 1st the good: Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked well. Towels were stocked well. The reason for the 2/5? 1) Noisy as all get out, event into the wee hours of 2 and 3 AM! Kids running down the halls knocking on doors, ringing doorbell. There was clearly nobody enforcing quiet hours. Had the worst 2 nights of sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Thankfully, I had some earplugs. Didn't help much, though. 2) Paying $5 for that breakfast is ridiculous. 1 meat choice?I can't eat ham, so there were no other options for me, and my kid said it was lukewarm & tough...but I had to pay $5 to learn that. No waffle maker? Coffee that is horrible... even with 3 creams (totally cheaped out on it). Unripe bananas. Green hard-boiled eggs. Limited cereal selection. Toasters that take forever to toast anything. I'm a Diamond member, so I obviously stay at a lot of BWs. I can't recall a worse buffet at any of the free ones. $5 for junk. I expected a major spread of in being made to pay for what I get complimentary at most other BW hotels. 🤮

There's no respect for older people in the pool area, itz over run with kids and their water guns and balls. You'd think they could say no kids from 9 to 10 for the ADULTS but nope. When I say there were teens and kids EVERYWHERE, I mean it. Even in the gift shop with is actually a room with lots of high price snacks. Luckily I was just going for an adventure, I live close so I couldn't wait to go home. The restaurant there makes a great burger!
