  Staff were all so helpful! Especially Nikkie at the front desk. She accommodated me so kindly as a walk-in without a reservation and asked if I needed anything shortly after I checked in. Lobby and room were both fresh and clean! Staff member that was mopping floors was friendly and attentive. A++

  Great location! Everything you could need right next door. Clean and quiet. Staff was what made the place a 5!

  Yikes! Very bad experience with manager. Told upon arrival pool was out of service. Would not offer any compensation whatsoever, only told we could go somewhere else (gee, thanks). She was quite rude and seemed to take it personally that we were disappointed about the pool. Traveled with 5 children for the sole purpose of babysitting nieces and nephews and to use the pool so active military brother could attend a wedding. No other vacancy in the surrounding area. Very sad to be treated this way. Makes the entire brand look bad, not just this franchise.

  Very clean, fantastic room, pleasant staff, good location, the sealed/clean room stickers were a nice touch.
