- RJRock JocelynJan 1, 20265.0What a great accommodation for my wife and I to stay at! Kayla and Judee were 2 outstanding front desk associates that we dealt with often! We had a medical situation and they provided us with the utmost care and flexibility. You don't anticipate a sober New Year's Eve to be eventful, yet we had several challenges. They were kind, respectful, and bent over backwards to help us in our moment of need! Bravo and thank you! Our room was spacious with a comfy bed and extra large pillows. The room safe and small ironing board were just right for our needs. Breakfast was so nice!! Beautiful mix of hot and cold items to choose from. Unique little pastries, hot oatmeal, and steam trays fresh and ready at 7AM! I loved making mini fresh pancakes on a conveyor belt. The entrance was decorated nicely and warmly for the holidays. The dining tables were kept clean and the counter by the hot water and coffee dispenser was spotless. Who has sugar and sugar free hot chocolate?? This was our first trip to this part of Maine so we wanted the dependability of Holiday Inn Express. When we do return? We will absolutely be staying here and look forward to Kayla and Judee being the faces of "Welcome Home" . Great stay stay #RockFromRI

Family upstairs with noisy, overactive kids who ran and jumped late at night. By 5:30 next morning, the kids were up and constantly running. I could not sleep. Tried calling front desk, but got a recording. Disappointed with inability to stream, as hotel not set up for it. Also the phone charging device was not working. Free breakfast with hot and cold ample variety. Excellent fresh-brewed coffee, tea, cocoa and cold juices. Very tasty! Impending snow storm for ed me to checkout 1 day early with no refund.
