Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Very friendly, she was working hard at keeping food out( which was an awesome menu) cleaning plates off the tables as guest were still enjoying their coffee and cleaned the tables as people left. I didn't have to sit at a dirty table!!! Praises to this young lady!!!
- DCDenai COct 12, 20253.0First I’ll start with the good. The bed was comfortable and the location was good during travel. The front desk staff was kind when checking in. The breakfast was your average hotel hot breakfast. I am always thankful when they have turkey sausage and protein yogurt! The bad. Our room was room 202… literally right outside the lobby and right near the main stairs… this meant the slamming of the door started at 5:15 am and went on all morning until we finally decided to give up on any more sleep and get up. The hotel wasn’t full so I’m not sure why we were out in the worst room mostly because I am a “platinum member” which apparently according to the staff is great 🤔. The pool area was so rancid and smelled HORRIBLE there is no way I would have been able to stay in that area to swim even if I wanted to. 🤮

Despite the busy lobby she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our reservation. I would absolutely stay here again and big shoutout again to Tracy!
