  Absolutely terrible experience!!! A staff member walked straight into our room without knocking, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and it was before checkout time. I was in the bathroom getting changed and this person just came in like it was normal. My kids were there ! It was completely inappropriate and honestly shocking! There is no excuse for this. None!! It’s basic respect and basic training to not enter an occupied room like that. And this isn’t just my word, this can be verified on security cameras. On top of that, we were completely overcharged. We originally had a king bed with a pullout sofa and asked to switch to a double queen with a pullout. We were led to believe the price would be around $189, but instead we were charged $465.05 for one night. At that price, we could have booked two separate rooms for less !! It makes absolutely no sense. Before we left, the manager even admitted the situation was wrong and clearly told me I wouldn’t be charged that amount however they charged it anyway. So they walk into your room unannounced, overcharge you and don’t even keep their word when they say they’ll fix it. Just avoid this place. If you end up staying there, lock your door at all times because clearly they don’t respect your privacy.

  I always pick Holiday Inn Express over the regular Holiday Inn, much cleaner. I recommend this hotel.

  We had a bad check in experience with a representative who did everything possible not to be hospitable. Our rooms were booked together, yet not put together, or even on the same floor. Instead of trying to help, she said it was our fault for not also calling and requesting the rooms together. We know there were rooms available on the same floor because other friends who individually booked were put on our floor. We watched as multiple rooms on the floor we wanted to be were cleaned and available. It felt like she purposely wasn’t helping us or even trying. The manager “wasn’t available” and didn’t do anything to help the situation either. Suites were spacious for a Holiday Inn Express.

  Excellent nice location. Even though some of the furniture was slightly dated. For the money I couldn't have chosen a better location. The younger gentleman who checked me in was the best manured and help me with a couple key things... I'll be back when I'm up this way in the future. Thanks
